Welcome to The Refuge! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your stay at our property. By booking through our site, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking & Payment
A confirmed reservation is only secured once full or partial payment is received as specified during checkout.
Payments are processed securely via Lodgify’s platform or our approved third-party providers.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received on time.
2. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Applies to stays under 28 nights: Guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 5 days before check-in.
Applies to stays longer than 28 nights: Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
3. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance.
4. House Rules
By booking, you agree to follow our house rules:
No smoking inside the property
No parties or events without prior approval
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
Treat the property with respect and leave it in good condition
Violations may result in additional charges or early termination of your stay without refund.
5. Guest Responsibilities
You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
Please notify us immediately of any issues or damages.
Lost or missing items may be charged to the guest.
6. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay, unless caused by our direct negligence.
We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings or valuables.
Use of the property, amenities, and surrounding area is at your own risk.
7. Privacy
